Longer stays are welcome. We are looking for a Tenant to stay either weekly or monthly during our off peak season from May to the end of October 2019.
You would not be a B&B Guest, but will be a self sufficient and independent Tenant with special terms and conditions of occupancy.
Are you interested in a 1-8 week stay at a reasonable and reduced rate to our normal costs? We can supply a unique and isolated accommodation to anyone needing a quiet place to work, either remotely, using our excellent internet, or by travelling 45 minutes by train to the CBD.
We would suit those who are re-locating, moving house, on sabbatical or holiday, etc.
From May to October 2019, the monthly rate is $2200 or $550 per week. Email us for details and to negotiate your stay.
